A race weekend that lives in fragments.
You're only ever there for what matters.
Synopsis
You don't drive. You don't see the track. You get what's in front of you, and then it's gone.
LAST LAP is a short interactive fiction game about being a race engineer across one race weekend. What you get is what's in front of you in each moment. A briefing, a grid, a lap counter, a radio and then it's gone and time has moved on without you.
Whatever happened in between is yours to wonder about.
Every moment you get is short and every word you send over the radio outlasts it. Your driver hears tone as much as instruction. Push too hard and they'll feel it long after the moment's passed, stay too calm and they'll wonder if you're even paying attention. There's no dashboard, no direct control just a voice on the other end trusting whatever you decide to say.
